Refund and Returns Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive the product from us. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

REFUND CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned no later than 30 days after you receive the product from us

The product must be unused and in its original condition, not damaged by your fault

When returning the product, it must include the label, packaging and promotional products (if any).

Additional items cannot be returned:

– Gift cards

– Products that are on promotion or discount

Note: Damaged products will not be returned

PROCEDURES

Note: If we do not contact you in advance and send the item back on our own initiative, we will not accept it

SHIPPING COST

The standard shipping fee of $6.99 is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded after the return is completed.

However, in some cases where our fault is our fault, we will cover this cost. (Wrong order delivered; Defective product delivered; Overtime delivery)

REFUND METHOD

If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund you. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, please wait. This refund will not include shipping costs

LATE REFUNDS

If the deadline has passed and you have not received your refund, please check your credit account again and then contact us for assistance.
